Is Thick Green Line Lawn Care properly licensed and insured?
Yes. You can view our business on the state of Ohio’s official online business directory. If you would like a copy of our insurance, please just ask and we will email over our declaration’s page.
Is there a cost to get a quote?
No! All of our lawn care quotes are provided quickly, with no-obligation or cost.
How and when do I pay for my service?
Think of it like Amazon or the Google Play Store, we keep your credit card on file and only charge you for the services you agreed to after the service has been performed to your satisfaction.
We charge all client cards that received a service the week prior each Monday.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes, we do. We are an owner-operated business. That means the owner, Tommy Dexter, is on your lawn for each and every service. If you are not happy, bring it to Tommy’s attention. If you two cannot work it out, you will not be charged.
Where do you offer your lawn services?
We service Southeast Butler County, Ohio. The 4 larger cities in our service area are Liberty Township, West Chester, Fairfield, and Monroe.
Do I need to be home for you to perform my service?
No, you do not. Since we only work outdoors, you do not need to be home for us to perform your service, but of course, you are more than welcome to be. It is your home after all!
Do I need to be home to receive a quote?
You do not need to be home for us to provide you with our quote. Many times we use aerial maps and online area calculators to provide you with an accurate quote without having to visit your property first.
We have found many of our customers appreciate the fast turn around time since we can do it online.
